OUR STATE-OF-THE-ART INFRASTRUCTURE

With a vast industrial park spanning 20,000 square meters, equipped with cutting-edge machinery and technology, we've cultivated an environment where innovation thrives. Our production base is home to nine subsidiary factories specializing in insulation sleeves, wire processing, silicone wire, plastic components, and fluoroplastic special wire and cable, ensuring a diverse and comprehensive range of offerings.

RAW MATERIAL PREPARATION

Conductor Material: Typically employing copper or aluminum, processed into wires, serving as the cable's inner conductor.

Insulation Material: Materials like Polyethylene (PE), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Cross-linked Polyethylene (XLPE) are applied to prevent current leakage or external interference.

Sheath Material: Protecting internal components from mechanical damage, chemical corrosion, or environmental impact, often utilizing PVC, Low Smoke Zero Halogen materials, or other specialized compounds.

DRAWING AND INSULATING

  • The conductor wires undergo drawing through machines to achieve the desired dimensions.
  • Insulation material is coated onto the conductor, forming the inner insulation layer.

BRAIDING (WHERE APPLICABLE)

  • Some cables, like shielded cables, may require the addition of a metal braiding layer to provide additional electromagnetic interference shielding.

ASSEMBLY AND STRANDING

  • Different wires and cable components are assembled into the central structure of the cable.
  • Multiple wires can be stranded together to form a multi-core cable.

SHEATHING

  • Sheath material is covered on the exterior of the cable to provide protection. The sheath can serve as an outer insulation layer or an additional protective layer.

TERMINATION PROCESSING

  • The ends of the cable are processed for connection to devices or power sources.
  • Various tests, including resistance, insulation, high voltage, and visual inspections, ensure the cable's performance meets specifications and quality standards.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

  • Completed cables are meticulously packaged, labeled, and prepared for delivery to customers.
  • Stored under suitable conditions to preserve cable quality.
